खानापूर: नंदगड येथे एका युवकाने झाडाला दोर लावून गळफास घेऊन आत्महत्या केल्याची घटना बुधवारी रात्री ११ वाजता उघडकीस आली. आत्महत्या केलेल्या युवकाचे नाव रामकृष्ण बाळू हुंदरे (वय २४, रा. विठोबा गल्ली, नंदगड) असे आहे.
रामकृष्ण अविवाहित होता आणि त्याच्या पश्चात आई-वडील, भाऊ असा परिवार आहे. काही वर्षांपूर्वी दांडेली येथे झालेल्या एका जीवघेण्या हल्ल्याच्या प्रकरणात तो संशयित आरोपी होता. या प्रकरणामुळे त्याला वारंवार मानसिक तणाव सहन करावा लागत होता. परिणामी, तो सातत्याने मद्यप्राशन करत असे, अशी माहिती समोर आली आहे.
बुधवारी संध्याकाळी सुमारे ६ वाजता मानसिक तणावातून त्याने राष्ट्र नगरजवळील शेतवाडीतील आंब्याच्या झाडाला गळफास लावून जीवन संपवले. या घटनेची नोंद नंदगड पोलीस ठाण्यात करण्यात आली आहे.
24-Year-Old Youth Commits Suicide by Hanging in Nandgad
A tragic incident came to light in Nandgad on Wednesday night around 11 PM, where a young man ended his life by hanging from a tree. The deceased has been identified as Ramakrishna Balu Hundare (Age 24, Resident of Vitthoba Galli, Nandgad).
Ramakrishna was unmarried and is survived by his parents and a brother. A few years ago, he was a suspect in a fatal attack case in Dandeli. Due to this, he reportedly faced continuous mental stress and turned to alcohol.
On Wednesday evening, around 6 PM, under extreme mental pressure, he allegedly consumed excessive alcohol and hanged himself from a mango tree in a farmland near Rashtra Nagar, Nandgad.
The Nandgad Police Station has registered the case, and further investigation is underway.
